Promotions & Discounts Policy

Part A: General Promotion Terms

These terms apply to promotions, discounts and bundle offers available at Boston stores and online at www.bostonclothing.com.au, as specified in each offer. They should be read together with the specific promotion terms below and Boston’s applicable website terms and returns policy.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability and eligibility
Promotions apply only to the products and sales channels specified in each offer. Styles, colours and sizes are subject to availability. Product exclusions and minimum purchase requirements may apply.

Other offers and VIP discounts
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discounts or any other promotion, discount or offer.

Bundle offers and returns
Eligible items must be purchased in the same transaction to qualify for bundle pricing. Change-of-mind returns are subject to Boston’s returns policy. If a return means the purchase no longer qualifies for a bundle, the refund will be adjusted as specified below. These adjustments do not apply to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to promotions
Updates to these terms will be published on our website. Changes will apply to future purchases and will not retrospectively alter the terms of purchases already made.

Part B: Specific Promotion Terms

The following terms apply in addition to the general terms above. If there is any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

End of Season Sale — Up to 70% Off

Offer applies to End of Season styles only. Excludes stock service styles (product codes beginning with ST) and current-season styles (product codes beginning with S26).

Discount varies by style. Prices as marked and may increase or decrease during the sale.

Available at all Boston stores while stocks last. Styles and sizes are subject to availability.

Cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discounts or any other offer. No further discounts apply, except the 3 Shirts for $149 bundle on eligible End of Season shirts.

2 Shirts for $159

Purchase any two eligible business or casual shirts with a full price of $99 each for $159 in one transaction. Includes current-season styles (product codes beginning with S26) and stock service styles (product codes beginning with ST). Excludes End of Season styles.

Discount applied at checkout. Available at all Boston stores and online, with no fixed end date. Styles and sizes are subject to availability.

Cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discounts or any other offer.

Change-of-mind returns: If one shirt is returned for a refund under Boston’s returns policy, the retained shirt will be charged at its full price of $99. The refund will therefore be $60. This adjustment does not apply to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

3 Shirts for $149

Purchase any three eligible End of Season shirts marked at $59 each for $149 in one transaction. Excludes current-season styles (product codes beginning with S26) and stock service styles (product codes beginning with ST).

Discount applied at checkout. Available at all Boston stores and online, with no fixed end date. Styles and sizes are subject to availability.

This bundle applies to eligible End of Season sale prices. Cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discounts or any additional promotion, discount or offer.

Change-of-mind returns: If shirts are returned for a refund under Boston’s returns policy and fewer than three shirts are retained, each retained shirt will be charged at its individual sale price of $59. The refund will therefore be $31 if one shirt is returned, or $90 if two shirts are returned. This adjustment does not apply to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

2 Chinos for $150

Purchase any two eligible stock service chinos (product codes beginning with ST) with a full price of $99 each for $150 in one transaction. Excludes current-season styles (product codes beginning with S26) and End of Season styles.

Discount applied at checkout. Available at all Boston stores and online, with no fixed end date. Styles and sizes are subject to availability.

Cannot be used in conjunction with VIP discounts or any other offer.

Change-of-mind returns: If one pair of chinos is returned for a refund under Boston’s returns policy, the retained pair will be charged at its full price of $99. The refund will therefore be $51. This adjustment does not apply to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
